When The Churchill Corporation evolved into Stuart Olson, it marked more than a name change, it was the start of a complete transformation. For over 25 years, Churchill operated as a collection of independent businesses, each successful but disconnected under a holding company few knew by name. As the industry shifted toward integrated solutions, the time had come to unite under one shared identity.

UNITE 4,200 EMPLOYEES BEHIND ONE BRAND
Through discovery sessions across six companies and three provinces, we developed a strategic brand framework built around the capabilities, scope and people which made up Churchill Corporation. What emerged was the importance of people and how they were key to the company's success.
People Creating Progress became the heart of the new brand, instilling pride, clarity and connection among the 4,200 employees nationwide. The rebrand came to life through a new visual identity, a unified website and intranet and a national launch campaign that introduced Stuart Olson to employees, clients and investors. Internal programs like the Stuart Olson Challenge and a vibrant culture further strengthened engagement, celebrating innovation, safety and teamwork across the organization.
The result was a cohesive, re-energized brand that reflected the company’s evolution and its people’s shared values. Today, Stuart Olson as one of Canada’s leading construction and industrial services companies, ready for the next chapter in its rich history.
