At a pivotal, mid way point of Mohawk’s Strategic Plan, they wanted to ensure it continued to make a real difference in the lives of employers, students, community and employees. Through a unique brand engagement idea, we encouraged internal staff to celebrate their achievements and set goals for the future and in doing so, reinvigorated the conversation.

TURNING A STRATEGIC PLAN INTO A SHARED MOVEMENT
Our job was to put the Strategic Plan into action by helping faculty and staff to make it their own in unique ways that amplify their role in the college. The result transformed the Strategic Plan and help re-energize it at the grassroots level.
The campaign line I Have. We Will. was designed to celebrate what had already been achieved and inspire what's next. At its core was a shift in focus: make the people bigger than the place, by invited employees to share personal and team accomplishments aligned to Mohawk’s strategic pillars, reinforcing pride, momentum, and ownership at every level of the organization.
The launch combined live experiences and digital storytelling – from a President’s Breakfast kickoff supported by video, posters and environmental graphics, to a custom, promotional microsite that became the campaign’s central hub. Employees could submit achievements, nominate colleagues, track progress and share stories socially.
Over multiple phases, the program evolved through ongoing content, campus media, leadership engagement and celebration moments that kept energy high and momentum strong. The result was more than engagement, it was a renewed sense of purpose, connection and pride across the Mohawk community.
