BRINGING CULTURE TO LIFE THROUGH IT'S PEOPLE
As Canada’s largest independent mortgage finance company with 1,500 employees, over 400,000 customers and $150 billion in assets, MCAP wanted to shine a light on the people who help make its success possible. Our goal was to tell MCAP’s story through the voices of its employees, partners, and brokers, capturing authentic moments that reveal the company’s leadership, collaboration and impact on the industry.
Over four years, we partnered with MCAP and produced more than 25 videos shared across LinkedIn and the MCAP Blue Culture website. Each featured a unique personality – a broker or team member whose story reflected the human side of homeownership. The result is an ongoing series that continues to build awareness, strengthen relationships and reinforces MCAP’s position as a leader in the Canadian mortgage industry.
