IPO Brand Development
Following a successful IPO in 2018, IPL emerged as a global leader in sustainable specialty packaging serving the food, consumer, agricultural, logistics and environmental markets. With operations spanning six countries and more than 5,000 customers, the company recognized its responsibility to lead on reducing plastic waste but also to rally potential investors to get a piece of the pie.

ALIGNMENT OF VALUES, PROCESSES AND CULTURE
Our mandate was twofold: Position IPL confidently in the investment community through its IPO process and to build a unified corporate brand that reflected its scale and vision. With 15 operating companies under its umbrella, the challenge was to bring consistency and clarity to a growing, complex global supply network.
Through in-depth discovery, we explored IPL’s diverse product lines and markets to develop a cohesive identity system and visual language. The chosen brand design was implemented across all immediate IPO communications such as a new investor relations website. Acting as a digital investor launchpad, it provided real-time access to financials, leadership insights and sustainability initiatives to potential retail and institutional investors. Within a 9 week period, we successfully launched IPL to the market just in time for the opening bell with huge success.
