Financial highlights and a detailed operational overview gave investors a clear picture of performance across all retail divisions, while the design and storytelling tied everything back to a unified purpose. Across three consecutive reports in 2016, 2017 and 2018, the message remained consistent: a proud Canadian company delivering with focus, innovation and confidence in the future.
