A digital refresh worthy of its iconic status, a sizzle reel and a complete range of sales collateral and website launch soon followed. Our work modernized its identity, clarified its value and showcased its potential.

Modernizing a historic icon for a new era
Scotia Plaza has long stood at the heart of Toronto’s financial district as a symbol of heritage, prestige and permanence since 1988. But as the office market evolved, the building needed not just renovations, but a refreshed identity and digital presence that reflect its future-forward ambitions and the potential tenants it could attract.
Our work began with a brand evolution grounded in confidence and legacy. We arrived at a visual identity comprising of three upward momentum, staggered chevrons to signify the building's unique shape and the property's potential.
A key sales tool and tenant welcome package was a beautifully crafted binder which contained all property information, stacking plans, building specifications and tenant resources. This experience was also duplicated within a new website designed to showcase Scotia Plaza and the unique opportunity it represents but also to provide utility for existing and prospective tenants.
The combined brand refresh and digital platform, helped reposition Scotia Plaza as a prime choice destination for companies that value performance, legacy and incomparable access to one of the best existing Class-A office properties the city has to offer.
