Welcome to The New 95

95 Wellington already had plenty going for it. What it needed was a compelling story to reflect its true value. We reintroduced it as The New 95 – a boutique gem nestled within the TD Centre Campus. Distinct yet connected, its bright white granite façade stood out among the black towers, offering a rare chance to join an A-list community in the heart of the financial district.

At the core of the campaign was the idea of being “In Good Company.” More than a tagline, it captured everything that made the property unique — its shared services, amenities of the TD Centre Campus, as well as the and prestige of being part of the world-class companies who already call it home.

The campaign came to life through a high-impact video, polished digital and print materials, and an immersive floor-wrap experience that turned a vacant space into a walkable experience. The result? More tours, more leases, and a stronger presence in the market. The New 95 didn’t just attract new tenants — it reinforced Cadillac Fairview’s reputation for insight, creativity and leadership.
