Performance enhancing offices
In 2007, Grand & Toy embarked on an organizational transformation that resulted a new corporate identity, brand promise and essentially – the re-engineering of their core service offering to Canadian business. Known for their pens and paper, the objective was to offer their corporate clients and office administrators a complete end-to-end solution for their office needs. Things like interior design, technology and professional services were one of many new services now being offered. This new venture for Grand & Toy transcended anything they've done in their 90yr. history and served them well within the competitive office services category.
Key drivers for the brand launch included various vertical initiatives to the Business to Business market. Print, outdoor, direct mail and interactive provided Grand & Toy the ability to communicate with, market to and acquire new business by segment with effective results.
